By visiting our website, creating an account, purchasing a product, subscribing to a product or otherwise using our website or services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Please read these Terms carefully before using our website.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our website or purchase products through it.

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

By using our website, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement or that you are using the website with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian where required.

You must not use our products, website or services for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose.

5. Orders

When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order.

We reserve the right to accept, decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

• a product is unavailable;

• there is an obvious pricing or product information error;

• we suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity;

• payment cannot be successfully processed; or

• we are unable to fulfil the order for another legitimate reason.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled portion of the order.

Receiving an order confirmation does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted or dispatched.

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on our Australian website are in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise.

Where applicable, prices include Goods and Services Tax (GST).

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

We may change our prices from time to time. Any change in price will not affect an order that has already been successfully processed, except where there has been an obvious pricing error.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate billing and payment information when placing an order.

7. Subscriptions

Some Saffiome products may be available as recurring subscriptions.

When you purchase a subscription, you authorise us and our payment providers to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis for each scheduled order until your subscription is cancelled.

The price, frequency and applicable subscription discount will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

You may manage or cancel your subscription in accordance with the subscription options made available through your Saffiome account or subscription management portal.

Cancellation must occur before the next order has been processed if you do not wish to receive or be charged for that order.

Cancelling a subscription prevents future subscription orders. It does not automatically cancel an order that has already been processed.

Our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee continues to apply to eligible subscription purchases in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times shown on our website are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

We will make reasonable efforts to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, but delays may occasionally occur due to couriers, weather, supply disruptions, peak periods or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate before submitting your order.

9. Returns and Refunds

Our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee, return requirements and refund process are explained in our Refund & Return Policy.

This guarantee is provided in addition to, and does not replace, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

10. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy available to you under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law where it would be unlawful for us to do so.

Where you are entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law, these Terms do not limit that entitlement.

11. Promotions and Discount Codes

From time to time, we may offer discounts, promotions, bundles, gifts or promotional codes.

Unless otherwise stated:

• promotional offers cannot be exchanged for cash;

• discount codes may be subject to expiry dates or eligibility requirements;

• multiple promotional codes may not be able to be combined;

• promotional offers may be limited to particular products or customers; and

• promotions may be changed or withdrawn before an order is placed.

Any specific terms displayed with a promotion will also apply.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the Saffiome website, including our brand name, logos, product names, packaging, designs, graphics, photographs, videos, written content and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Saffi Labs Pty Ltd unless otherwise stated.

Changes will apply from the date the updated Terms are published and will not retrospectively alter rights relating to orders already completed unless required by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and applicable Commonwealth laws of Australia.
