Cancellation policy
This policy explains how Saffiome subscriptions work and how to skip, pause, change or cancel one. It sits alongside our Terms of Service and our Refund & Return Policy.
How a subscription works
When you choose a subscription at checkout, a new order is charged and sent every 30 days until you cancel. The price, what is in each delivery and how often it arrives are shown before you pay. By subscribing, you agree to a recurring charge to the payment method you choose for each order until you cancel. Subscriptions need a card or PayPal so the renewals can run.
There is no minimum term, no lock-in and no cancellation fee.
How to cancel
You can cancel at any time:
- In your account: log in at saffiome.com, open your subscription and choose Cancel. No email or phone call is needed.
- By email or phone: contact us at hello@saffiome.com or on 0439 988 395 and we will cancel it for you.
We confirm every cancellation by email.
When a cancellation takes effect
To stop your next order, cancel before your next billing date. You can see that date in your account at any time.
Cancelling stops all future orders. It does not cancel an order that has already been charged or sent. That order is covered by our Refund & Return Policy, including our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee.
Skip, pause or change instead
If you only need a break, you can skip an order, pause your subscription, move your next order date or change the quantity in your account at any time. Changes made before your next billing date apply to that order.
Founders Rate
The Founders Rate of $99 every 30 days for the Kids Day + Night Bundle is available to the first 100 subscribers on that plan. It stays the same for as long as your subscription stays active, including while it is skipped or paused through your account. If you cancel and subscribe again later, the new subscription is charged at the price available at that time.
Price changes
If the price of a subscription changes, we will email you at least 30 days before the new price applies, so you can skip, change or cancel before it does. Founders Rate subscriptions keep their price as described above.
Payments that do not go through
If a renewal payment fails, we will let you know by email and try again. If we still cannot take payment, we may pause your subscription until you update your payment details in your account.
Shipping on subscriptions
Standard shipping within Australia is free on orders of $95 and over, which includes every bundle subscription. Subscription orders under $95, such as a single pouch, pay standard shipping of $9.95 an order, shown at checkout. See our Shipping Policy for delivery details.
If we need to cancel or pause a subscription
We may cancel or pause a subscription if a product is discontinued or unavailable for an extended period, or if we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity. If we do, we will tell you by email and refund any amount charged for an order we cannot send.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot legally be excluded.
