30-Day Money Back Guarantee
If you decide a Saffiome product is not right for you, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to request a refund.
Our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee is limited to one refund per product, per customer or household. This helps us keep the guarantee fair and available to everyone.
To request a return, email hello@saffiome.com with:
- your name;
- your order number; and
- the product you would like to return.
We will then provide you with the return instructions.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage when using our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee.
We recommend using a tracked postage service, as we cannot be responsible for returns that are lost in transit.
Once your return has been received, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund.
Original shipping charges are not refundable under our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee unless required by Australian Consumer Law.
Subscriptions
Cancelling a subscription stops future recurring orders but does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been processed.
Our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee continues to apply to eligible subscription orders in accordance with this policy.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect, or there is another problem with your order, please contact us at hello@saffiome.com as soon as possible.
Please include your order number and, where relevant, photos showing the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
Where a product is faulty or otherwise covered by Australian Consumer Law, we will provide the appropriate remedy and reimburse reasonable return postage costs where required.

Our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under Australian Consumer Law that cannot legally be excluded.
