The morning sachet
Bright AM for the kids, Rise AM for the adults. One sachet each, straight from the pack or off a spoon, at the same moment every morning. Supports a steady mood through the day.*
Breakfast
With or without food. Most households pair it with breakfast simply because it is easy to remember. If you fast in the morning, Rise AM carries about 7 g of honey sugars, so it goes when your eating window opens.
Out the door

The evening sachet
